Poor Hank, can’t even get fifteen minutes to himself tonight.

I’m really pretty happy with how the scene on the porch of Daniel Webster Hall came out. I think it quite nicely captures the aesthetic I’ve been going for. I had stopped shading the characters, since once I applied the filter that gives the comic its washed-out look, the shading really wasn’t visible unless it was very heavy. That doesn’t really work for well-lit indoor scenes, but outside? At night? In the harsh lighting of street lamps? It works great.

And yes, there’s some artistic license being taken with smoking that close to the building.
