The university this is based on had a “wonderful” reputation for ticketing. “Off” campus parking for undergrads. Parking on campus for upper class people. On the weekends after 5pm on Friday through 5pm on Sunday, there was no enforcement of this, so undergrads could park up by their dorms during that time period. Whoa be the idiot who parked up there at 4:45pm on Friday or still be up there at 5:05pm on Sunday ’cause they would be ticketed.
And I can’t type pre-coffee, obviously. “Off” campus for the under class folks, not undergrads.
