Hank is a practical fox. There’s less paperwork his way, and it encourages responsible behavior. It’s a win-win! Also, this is almost word-for-word how I once described my outlook the last year I was on staff.
Leslies has a….slightly different R.A. style and outlook than Hank does. Hank has the benefit of a couple of years of on-the-job experience. I wonder which approach works better?
